Are your mattresses brand new and with warranties?

Yes, all of our products are brand new with warranties.

Can a mattress be custom fit to go in an RV, boat, or semi-trailer?

Yes. Some mattresses have to be cut by the manufacturer, which requires an additional $50 fee. Some can be cut by Atlantic Coast Mattress at the warehouse.

Can a mattress be purchased without a box foundation?

Yes, however, some mattress warranties are voided if not purchased with a foundation.

Can we lay on the mattresses to see how they feel?

Absolutely, and we encourage it. All of our items are already on display and ready for testing.

Do you have financing or layaway plans available?

Yes, we offer 90-day same as cash, no credit check financing through Acima Financial and free layaway is available.

Do you have twin XL and California king mattresses in stock?

Usually, no. However we do have many twin and king mattresses in stock to try. Twin xl and California king mattresses can be ordered and delivered usually in a week.

How does Atlantic Coast Mattress sell products so much cheaper than our competitors?

I am often asked this question by our customers. Some believe our products are used or refurbished because other stores only offer prices this low on second hand or rebuilt products. Here at Atlantic Coast Mattress all of our products come directly from the manufacture with full warranties. They are usually made the day before delivery which is weekly for us.

To answer the question there are several reasons why we can sell retail products lower than most.

First and foremost we have very little overhead or expenses. We don’t spend much money on advertising and marketing. We only have one employee so no need to pay a bunch of salesmen or delivery drivers. We also operate out of a warehouse and not a store front which saves us $1000’s each month.

Another reason we can sell for less is the quantity of products we move. Where one company may sell one particular product with X amount of profit, we can sell 2-3 times the same product a little cheaper. Of course we have to work a little harder but that we don’t mind as long as the customer is happy to purchase a good quality product at a great price.

Finally, we also believe very strongly about providing outstanding customer service. We refuse to do things the way most big chain retail stores operate. We stand by our products and our promises to be here when and if there is ever a problem with an item purchased at Atlantic Coast Mattress. We go above and beyond what is necessary to give 100% excellent customer service. In return our customers over the years keep coming back and recommending us to others, for which we greatly appreciate.

If an item has to be ordered by Atlantic Coast Mattress, how soon can it be delivered?

We place our orders on Sundays, and items are generally delivered Wednesday or Thursday of that week. Once we receive the item, it will be delivered the same day.

What are your delivery fees?

There are no delivery fees inside of Port St. Lucie city limits and minimal fees outside. Typically, $25 to Vero or Southern Martin County.

What are your hours of operation?

Open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM , and Sunday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. If you would like to schedule an after-hours appointment, we only require 10 minutes’ notice to get to the warehouse.

What brands of mattresses do you sell?

We buy directly from Corsicana Bedding Inc. and also buy Sealy, Serta, Simmons, Beauty Rest, and Stearns & Foster mattresses from a wholesale company in Tampa.

Will you dispose of the old mattress?

Unfortunately we can’t, but most garbage pickup companies will take them. We can assist taking the mattress out to the road for pickup or putting it in the garage until pickup day.

Will you set up our new bed?

If you require help putting the frame together and placing the box and mattress on it, we can assist at no additional fee.
